Ridgetown Garden show June 14/09
Yesterday was Ridgetown Horticulture society Garden Tour. I was invited to do a display and sell my works. I was very excited to be invited because this is a major garden tour in this area. Last year they had over 300 people attended.
It was a beautiful day for garden tour, sunny and not too hot. The show was from 1 to 5 pm. There were over 150 people turn out. Not too bad ; may be the bad economy has some effect on the lower attendance this year . However, over all it was a good day for me and the horticulture society.
I sold about 2 dozen cards and have 2 possible presentations in the fall. I forgot to pack my camera. This should the top item on my list from now on.
Top 3 seller cards are:
1. Pansy, 2. Heart 3. Phlox.
Here are some of the sample cards.
